If you think your pet maybe a little nervous, dont worry, its rare for a pet to refuse to use it. A few steps may help;

1. Unbox your stroller in the living room and leave it folded. (remove any packaging)

2. Let your pet sniff and explore the folded stroller at their leisure.

3. Unfold and assemble the stroller.

4. Leave it stationary in the living room for your pet to explore again.

5. When they are used to the presence of the stroller, place a familiar toy, pillow, or blanket in the stroller.

6. Lift your pet in the stroller or lure them in with a treat if they can jump in themselves

7. Let them sit in the stroller for a while - without trying to move it - with lots of praise.

8. Once they're comfortable, you can start moving the stroller.

9. Enjoy your outdoor adventures together.

We use DPD's fully tracked and insured express service for our dog stroller deliveries.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm are delivered the next working day.

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays for Tuesday delivery.

We can also organise deliveries on a date to suit you, including Saturdays. Please contact us on live chat to arrange, or if you have any questions.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are also free of charge. Deliveries to these areas take 2 working days with DPD.

Very good, well made and not too heavy

My dog is a 13 year old Border Terrier who doesn’t really like walking! He likes the buggy as he can walk for a while then ride for a while. This buggy is lightweight and folds up small so is easy to lift and fit into a car so we can take it on holiday too. We had an Innopet Adventure buggy before which was good but I found it was too big and heavy for me to lift. Both buggies are very good quality. I would have given this 5 stars but I found that the restraining straps do not stop him from leaping half out of the front so it is necessary to use the lead as well and I tie it to the handle. It still suits us very well and I would recommend it.

Brilliant buggy

The buggy is a great size, plenty of room for my Dachshund who likes to stretch out. It feels as sturdy as any of the bigger products but very neat and compact when folded with a nice smooth ride. Cumberland loves it. Definitely recommend.

Really good: beautiful and high quality

It has been a good experience having this stroller. My dog is a cavalier King Charles that has 10y. When she gets tired, she jumps to the stroller to rest. I would recommend this product.

Stylish sturdy design

Excellent for taking my cat to the vet - a 20 minute walk sometimes uneven. The buggy glides along effortlessly. Easy to put the wheels on and it's great it folds down so small. I think my cat liked the roomy comfortable interior and was relaxed waiting for his appointment.

Great stroller for our pug.
Only issue I have is the clips on the inside straps are too small to clip onto harnesses, so I’ve had to attached some round carabiners on.

Incredible Customer Service

Incredible customer service! Our dog was injured and we needed a buggy for our trip to the Highlands. I ordered on Sunday and something happened at the warehouse and it didn’t ship on Monday. I was frantic but Karl was so kind and responsive. They went out of their way to ensure we got it in time. I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am. And to top it all off the buggy is amazing. Palster Quest All Terrain

We had been looking at Innopet Comfort which I felt was too small (cabin size) for my Tibetan Terrier. Was going to opt for the Innopet EVR when I saw the Palster Quest All Terrain. Apart from looking great, the Palster Quest All Terrain is lightweight, folds down easily, has large pneumatic tyres, has a comfortable cabin and is higher off the ground than the Innopet Sporty, which we liked as our dog is closer to us and we can easily reassure her if needed. The build quality seems really good. Overall I would highly recommend.

Perfect Pet Stroller

I purchased this as I have 2 dogs and one is blind. This is superb as it’s allows him to come for longer walks being able to get in and out of his stroller. Great for uneven surfaces, and very lightweight and bonus will fit both in if needed in the future.

Fantastic!

Innopet Comfort EFA stroller ... Great

Leo loves his Innopet Comfort EFA buggy. It is sturdy, safe and comfortable. Leo likes to go for a walk but on the way home keeps sitting down so this buggy is great to get him home. It is so easy to use, steers great and folds easily. Leo sits proudly in his new buggy and loves looking around. Would definitely recommend this buggy.
