Simple Returns Policy.
We hope you're more than happy with your purchases from doggy & moggie.
However, if you're not fully satisfied with your item(s), you can return any unused* product to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Items are to be returned unused* and with packaging in a resalable condition.
We will repair or replace any faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. All items come with a full 12-month manufacturer warranty. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Find our reviews here.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item - as you would in a shop environment, out of the box once received, to confirm suitability. It does not allow for outdoor use - or any signs of use, ie pet hair, marks, scents, etc.
Items returned must be unmarked and unused*, complete with all original packaging and tags attached, packed as received, in a 'as new' condition.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason if the item is unused and the packaging is in a resalable condition.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement via email to email@example.com.
All items must be received back to us in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 14 days of you exercising your cancellation rights.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 14 day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling (used or damaged during return) by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods where the item is not faulty.
If you refuse an order without confirmation from ourselves it may become lost in transit. We will not refund the value of goods as all liability will have passed to the person who refused the delivery. Any losses or damage that occurs from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who ordered the goods.

- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received by you
- If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?
We will then provide you with the appropriate returns address.
Damaged Or Faulty Items Received By You
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us with 48 hours of receipt for assistance. In this instance we reserve the right to offer to repair or replace the item where a repair is not possible.
