If you think your pet maybe a little nervous, dont worry, its rare for a pet to refuse to use it. A few steps may help;
1. Unbox your stroller in the living room and leave it folded. (remove any packaging)
2. Let your pet sniff and explore the folded stroller at their leisure.
3. Unfold and assemble the stroller.
4. Leave it stationary in the living room for your pet to explore again.
5. When they are used to the presence of the stroller, place a familiar toy, pillow, or blanket in the stroller.
6. Lift your pet in the stroller or lure them in with a treat if they can jump in themselves
7. Let them sit in the stroller for a while - without trying to move it - with lots of praise.
8. Once they're comfortable, you can start moving the stroller.
9. Enjoy your outdoor adventures together.
An unused return, within 30 days, is absolutely fine. We just ask that the item is not used outdoors and the packaging is retained. Assembling indoors to confirm size is permitted. Full return information can found here.
We use DPD's fully tracked and insured express service for our dog stroller deliveries.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm are delivered the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays for Tuesday delivery.
We can also organise deliveries on a date to suit you, including Saturdays. Please contact us on live chat to arrange, or if you have any questions.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are also free of charge. Deliveries to these areas take 2 working days with DPD.

My dog is a 13 year old Border Terrier who doesn’t really like walking! He likes the buggy as he can walk for a while then ride for a while. This buggy is lightweight and folds up small so is easy to lift and fit into a car so we can take it on holiday too. We had an Innopet Adventure buggy before which was good but I found it was too big and heavy for me to lift. Both buggies are very good quality. I would have given this 5 stars but I found that the restraining straps do not stop him from leaping half out of the front so it is necessary to use the lead as well and I tie it to the handle. It still suits us very well and I would recommend it.
The buggy is a great size, plenty of room for my Dachshund who likes to stretch out. It feels as sturdy as any of the bigger products but very neat and compact when folded with a nice smooth ride. Cumberland loves it. Definitely recommend.
It has been a good experience having this stroller. My dog is a cavalier King Charles that has 10y. When she gets tired, she jumps to the stroller to rest. I would recommend this product.
Excellent for taking my cat to the vet - a 20 minute walk sometimes uneven. The buggy glides along effortlessly. Easy to put the wheels on and it's great it folds down so small. I think my cat liked the roomy comfortable interior and was relaxed waiting for his appointment.

Only issue I have is the clips on the inside straps are too small to clip onto harnesses, so I’ve had to attached some round carabiners on.

The only very small thing I dislike like is the zip which has to be undone every time I fold the stroller, its easy to undo but very fiddly to do up again because of where it is, that may just be me though and I would still recommend this stroller.
Great quality and prompt delivery
Palster Trek All Terrain Dog Stroller is a wonderful dog stroller, it is easy to push with one hand. Our Westie who is getting old could actually see out sitting down instead of having to stand like she used to have to with our old dog stroller. We have even attached our grandsons buggy board on to the stroller. I would definitely recommend this stroller and glad that we purchased it.

I found the stroller easy to assemble and collapse. It is good quality and feels sturdy, safe and easy to steer. So happy that my elderly dog can come on walks and have somewhere to rest if he’s tired or it starts raining heavily. He’s turned a few heads in it too - he loves the attention!
Nice pram with big wheels
My 7 year old Shih Tzu is struggling with her back legs so we got this so we could still enjoy long walks with her. She loves it and it’s so easy to push and move around. Well worth the purchase! 😀

We went out yesterday for the first time with our dachshund in this stroller. We walked for an hour (we live near the forest and muddy paths) my shoulders were happy, my legs were happy and very important, Basil was very happy.
We now have named this stroller ‘the Bazmobile’ and I can recommend it.
Even though we have had it a week unfortunately we haven’t had the time to use it but my wife tried Skye in it to see her reaction mainly brought for longer walks in the country so we don’t have to restrict her being able to come with us.
This dog stroller is simply the best. Strong and sturdy as well as being comfortable for our dachshund. With the added raincover too, she's still going to enjoy her travels in the rain.
Arrived the very next day after ordering and we went straight up a hill. Tripawd has been 3 legged for a year now and we’ve really missed that aspect of our life.

Brilliant piece of kit! I have a very energetic cockapoo who runs across our local fields, but also a Bichon that has a bit of a leg problem. This way i can quite happily take them both out!
Great Buggy, perfect for my mini dachshund recovering from IVDD.
The height means it’s easy for me to lift him in and out of safely, it would just be great if the rain cover was included in the package with the buggy.
I would also like to add that this company have fantastic customer service, they are so helpful and an absolute dream to communicate with.
