If you think your pet maybe a little nervous, dont worry, its rare for a pet to refuse to use it. A few steps may help;
1. Unbox your stroller in the living room and leave it folded. (remove any packaging)
2. Let your pet sniff and explore the folded stroller at their leisure.
3. Unfold and assemble the stroller.
4. Leave it stationary in the living room for your pet to explore again.
5. When they are used to the presence of the stroller, place a familiar toy, pillow, or blanket in the stroller.
6. Lift your pet in the stroller or lure them in with a treat if they can jump in themselves
7. Let them sit in the stroller for a while - without trying to move it - with lots of praise.
8. Once they're comfortable, you can start moving the stroller.
9. Enjoy your outdoor adventures together.
An unused return, within 30 days, is absolutely fine. We just ask that the item is not used outdoors and the packaging is retained. Assembling indoors to confirm size is permitted. Full return information can found here;

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm are delivered the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays for Tuesday delivery.

Brilliant Product, super service, arrived in under 24 hours, our 10 week old Labrador Puppy loves it already, before we are able to walk;k him or even take him out of the garden.

My 13 year old rescue labrador Molly has widespread arthritis and struggles to limp more than 100 metres, so I decided to buy her some wheels in preparation for our forthcoming seaside holiday. Being a rescue Molly is rather wary of the unknown and so introducing her wheels has been gradual, firstly putting reachable treats at the back and front, and then tempting her in with a slice of ham! The past 2 days we have progressed to climbing inside, encouraged by a Lickimat with a tasty paste spread over, and having zipped her inside, I've slowly pushed her round the garden for about 10mins at a time, and she is coping well. In the next 2 days I hope to feel confident enough to take her on a longer walk away from home, using the same Lickimat treat!

I found the stroller easy to assemble and collapse. It is good quality and feels sturdy, safe and easy to steer. So happy that my elderly dog can come on walks and have somewhere to rest if he’s tired or it starts raining heavily. He’s turned a few heads in it too - he loves the attention!
Nice pram with big wheels
My 7 year old Shih Tzu is struggling with her back legs so we got this so we could still enjoy long walks with her. She loves it and it’s so easy to push and move around. Well worth the purchase! 😀

We went out yesterday for the first time with our dachshund in this stroller. We walked for an hour (we live near the forest and muddy paths) my shoulders were happy, my legs were happy and very important, Basil was very happy.
We now have named this stroller ‘the Bazmobile’ and I can recommend it.
Even though we have had it a week unfortunately we haven’t had the time to use it but my wife tried Skye in it to see her reaction mainly brought for longer walks in the country so we don’t have to restrict her being able to come with us.
This dog stroller is simply the best. Strong and sturdy as well as being comfortable for our dachshund. With the added raincover too, she's still going to enjoy her travels in the rain.

Brilliant piece of kit! I have a very energetic cockapoo who runs across our local fields, but also a Bichon that has a bit of a leg problem. This way i can quite happily take them both out!
Great Buggy, perfect for my mini dachshund recovering from IVDD.
The height means it’s easy for me to lift him in and out of safely, it would just be great if the rain cover was included in the package with the buggy.
I would also like to add that this company have fantastic customer service, they are so helpful and an absolute dream to communicate with.

I purchased this all terrain dog buggy for my Pomeranian, who has undergone knee surgery. The buggy is lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, easy to fold away and can be used one handed whilst I have my other dog walking on a lead alongside. The free rain cover and drinks holder is a bonus. Most importantly my dog is comfortable and safely secured with the 2 straps and zip up mesh.

Does brilliantly on rough tracks. Dachshund loves it. Easy to put up but not obvious how to fold down. Better instructions would be beneficial.
